Virtual Town Halls on Midtown Development Projects – February 4th and 8th

Join us for two virtual town hall events regarding current development projects in Midtown. Learn about the projects, ask questions and provide input! Co-hosted by Historic Harrisburg Association, Midtown Action Council and Friends of Midtown.

FIRST EVENT – THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4TH, 2021

Presenter: Nathanial Foote, Third Street Realty Co.

Proposal: Mixed use; five two-bedroom apartments with street-facing retail/commercial space

Multiple Projects along N. 3rd and Logan Streets

Presenter: Chris Bryce and Matt Long, Midtown Redevelopment LLP

Proposal: Community center, 12 new apartments ranging from low income, work force income, and market rate and 8 new residential single family townhomes along Logan St. Click for more info.
